Wierd Sound When Parked In Garage

I've noticed a few times when I'm in the garage doing laundry that my bike will make a weird noise. It somewhat sounds like a toot from a kazoo or a dying horn. I have no clue why my bike does this. I have a 2002 LS650 Savage with 1100 miles on it. Is this normal?
